Ok, ok, here comes another one.

Ablogging I shall go...or as from a recent Corner Gas episode: glogging...or blerbing.

So many things on the go lately...in real life and in my mind. I won't go into details on everything but some highlights:

Spent the weekend with Brent's parents. It was fun to be able to help out and spend some much needed and much desired quality time with them.

Babysat for a Church family Friday night. Two little boys. We had such a blast with them. I very much look forward to the day when we can be REAL parents. :)

Have come to the conclusion that I love our Church. Thornhill Baptist is truly a Godsend to us, giving us friends, accountability, inspiration, insight, and so much more. Praise God for that!

I've been thinking a lot about the idea of pilgrimage lately. Will post more about it later, but for now check out Finding Farley to see an example of a pilgrimage undertaken by a couple of my greatest role models.

Work at MEC is going well. Definitely a summer job, not a career but busy and stimulating (in a totally non-school way) nonetheless. There are many many things I would like to buy but so far I've limited myself to buying cloth grocery bags (our latest step to being more green) and a pair of long john pants (expedition weight) for wayyy less than normal cost.

Transit strike: still looming on the horizon after two weeks of up-in-the-airness.

Got a haircut on Saturday. For once from someone who knows how to comb long hair. I hadn't had a haircut in eight months. It was time.

Euk and Beuk are in California. You can check out their adventures here.

So much more on my mind than this but this is all I'm brave enough to post online. Oh--except for some pictures of our quickly growing garden. How I love growing plants!
Our seedlings:

Our rhubarb the first year after transplantation:
Our newly planted perennials: Columbines and Lemon Thyme.
